Caressaa Day Spa
Wanting to make Ahmedabad the destination for spa culture, the challenge to BRIM was two-fold – matching the interiors with the branding efforts. The city has taken up the ‘spa’ treatments everywhere and in the face of this competition; the idea was to create an assured connection between relaxation and authenticity in the customer’s mind. Here the role of service design with branding came into play. The conceptual focus and design were kept minimal yet sophisticated. The response to the OoH media was really good and the customers were happy to connect the expectations that the marketing collaterals evoked with the interiors of the spa.
