This project landed on our lap with only one word – Affordable. At the time when this project was launched, there was no concept of affordable homes. Everyone was shouting luxury and royalty. This project was a great leveler with just a simple line and graphic “affordable homes that fit your pocket”. Most of the houses were taken up in the first week itself. Our simple communication and design set up the way for the concept of ‘affordable’ homes in Gujarat.
