We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Strategist and Engagement Manager to take charge of our clients’ social media accounts, keeping them trendy and engaging. The ideal candidate is creative, passionate about social media, and experienced in leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more to drive organic engagement and lead generation
- Create effective social media ad strategies on social media platforms
- Analyze markets and competitors to identify target audiences and opportunities
- Create and manage paid Ad campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative development, and
audience targeting. - Optimize ad campaigns regularly to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Create in-depth campaign reports with actionable insights for improvements
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve clients’ goals and ROI targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience with social media advertising and strategy development
- Work Experience in Advertising and marketing agency is a plus
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve campaign objectives.

- Retail and Campaign Strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Recommend improvements for achieving set goals.

We are looking for an experienced PPC Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pay-per-click advertising, bid management, and conversion optimization to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
Roles and responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Track and measure campaign success using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and cost-per-conversion goals effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and algorithm changes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record of improving CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

- Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with SEO and CRO strategies is a plus.
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
