    Job Overview

    We are looking for a social media manager for a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad at Brim, as a social
    media manager you will play a crucial role in driving digital advertising and marketing campaigns on
    platforms such as social media and Google. You will be responsible for developing and executing leads
    generating – focused strategies to maximize our clients’ ROI while closely monitoring and optimizing
    campaign performance.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Create effective social media ad strategies on social media platforms
    • Analyze markets and competitors to identify target audiences and opportunities
    • Create and manage paid Ad campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative development, and
      audience targeting.
    • Optimize ad campaigns regularly to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Create in-depth campaign reports with actionable insights for improvements
    • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve clients’ goals and ROI targets.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 Years of experience with social media advertising and strategy development
    • Work Experience in Advertising and marketing agency is a plus
    • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and achieve campaign objectives.
