The shift of words and a change in target audiences perspective!
At a time, when almost every other flat advertisement, sold the tagline “FLAT with a balcony”, we sold the tagline, “BALCONY with a flat”. The idea behind it was to send across a strong message to our target audiences that, they would no longer have balconies just as an add-on to their homes, but, they would have balconies that were built-in their homes, as an integral part to it! We, at BRIM, with just the SHIFT of words, could bring A CHANGE in our target audiences perspective!
