1. Introduction

2. Services

We provide services including but not limited to:
  • Branding & Design
  • Website Design & Development
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
  • Creative & Content Services
  • Outdoor Design
  • Print Media
All services are delivered based on agreed proposals, timelines, and scope of work.

3. Project Scope & Deliverables

  • Each project will be defined through a proposal or agreement.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
  • Timelines depend on client approvals and input.

4. Payment Terms

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery or deployment.
  • For ongoing services, payments must be made monthly in advance.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

5. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.
  • In case of project cancellation, charges will apply based on work completed.

6. Revisions & Changes

  • A limited number of revisions will be included (as defined in the proposal).
  • Additional revisions will be charged separately.
  • Major changes after approval may be treated as a new project scope.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
  • Provide accurate content, assets, and information on time
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly
  • Ensure legal rights to all materials shared
Delays from the client side may impact timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables remain the property of Bright Impressions Pvt. Ltd until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
  • Marketing performance (ROI, leads, conversions)
  • Platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Third-party tools or services
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

11. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, or platforms.
  • Costs for these are not included unless specified
  • We are not responsible for third-party failures or changes

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
  • Payment is not received
  • Terms are violated
  • Client communication becomes unmanageable
No refunds will be issued upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
