Meshwo Nest marked BRIM’s debut project in the weekend villa segment. The primary challenge was to deeply understand the lifestyle concept behind weekend living and translate it into a compelling brand story. Since the category itself demanded a different emotional and visual approach compared to conventional real estate, every branding decision needed to reflect tranquility, warmth, and escapism rather than urgency or density.
How we solved it
BRIM approached the project by building its identity from the ground up. We created a distinctive brand logo and visual language that resonated with nature and leisure. Outdoor creatives, newspaper advertisements, and a thoughtfully planned project launch event helped introduce the brand to the market with clarity and impact. Alongside this, social media communication and targeted lead generation campaigns were executed to reach the right audience.

Named after the Meshwo River, beside which the project is located, the logo reflects the natural harmony and calm that define the weekend villa lifestyle. The design blends elements of lush greenery and the flowing river, symbolizing peace, freshness, and a close connection with nature. This thoughtfully crafted logo became the foundation of the brand’s visual language, creating strong recall while communicating the essence of slow, nature-inspired living.
Onsite experience
BRIM crafted a cohesive onsite experience for Meshwo Nest by integrating office graphics, way signages, stationery, and brochures into a unified visual language. Thoughtfully designed brochures and branded stationery reinforced consistency and professionalism at every touchpoint. Together, these elements created a calm, welcoming, and memorable onsite presence aligned with the essence of weekend living.
Outdoor Campaign
BRIM designed a strong outdoor communication strategy for Meshwo Nest to build awareness and visibility in key locations. Impactful outdoor hoardings and newspaper advertisements were created using clean visuals and clear messaging that highlighted the essence of weekend villa living, helping the project stand out and attract attention. Together, these outdoor touchpoints played a crucial role in establishing brand recall and introducing Meshwo Nest as a serene weekend retreat.

BRIM built a focused digital presence for Meshwo Nest through consistent social media management, a well-structured landing page, and performance-driven paid marketing campaigns.
