The Brief

The Hive is a commercial development strategically located on the highway of Himmatnagar, right at the city’s entry point. The brief was clear: create a premium and noticeable brand identity that instantly grabs attention and reflects the project’s modern commercial appeal.

BRIM approached the project by deriving the brand logo and identity directly from the building’s architectural shape. This refined visual direction was then extended across the brochure, outdoor creatives, and onsite branding, creating a cohesive and striking commercial brand that stands confidently at the city’s gateway.

Brand logo and identity

BRIM developed a bold and premium brand logo & identity for The Hive, inspired directly by the project’s distinctive architectural form. The logo design reflects the building’s strong structure and geometric presence, translating its physical character into a memorable visual mark. This identity positioned The Hive as a modern and high-impact commercial landmark at the entry point of Himmatnagar.

Onsite experience

To match its strategic highway location, BRIM created a strong onsite branding presence that enhanced visibility. From impactful onsite boards to refined brand applications across the site environment, every element was designed to be clear and easily noticeable. With clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and clear presentation of commercial advantages, project brochure communicated the project’s location benefits and architectural appeal effectively.

Outdoor Campaign

Given its highway-facing advantage, outdoor creatives played a crucial role. BRIM designed impactful hoardings that emphasized the project’s premium identity and gateway location with line “City: Starts from here. so we are.” The bold visuals and concise messaging ensured maximum visibility and quick recall, helping The Hive stand out as a commercial landmark where the city begins.
